Japan media claims that Japan’s development have close ties with China, and Japan should extend the Sino-Japan economic relationship.

l For the currently troubled Sino-Japan relationship, on May 16 the article delivered by the news analyst in “Korea-Japan news” in Japan indicated that Japan should extend the economic relations with China. The brief is as follows: At present, Sino-Japan relationship tends to be down to the bottom since the normalizing ties between the two countries in 1972. Owing to the high dependence in economy, the two countries could get benefit from the mutual cooperation and better understanding .Therefore, Japan should enlarge and establish the steady connection with China.

The vice minister-level talks of South-North Korea reached three agreements and expressed their wishes for the peaceful peninsula with joint efforts .On May 19 Fengchao Lee ,South Korea Vice-minister of Unification (left), and Wanji Jin ,North Korea Vice-director of Homeland Peace and Unification Committee, shaked hands before holding talks in KaiCity in the south of North Korea ,which was closed on the same day. Soong noted that we can use 8 characters to express this journey .That means they ought to remember the Chinese root forever, wherever they are.

Council Office of Trade Administrative Department:

Regarding “The notice of the State Council office on printing and distributing the regulations of state assets of  

the State Council Supervise Administration Committee for the main responsible inner-organization and the relevant officials”(regulation No.[2003]28 of the State Council office ), the responsibility of the former National Economic and Commercial Commission ,which is guiding the work of the enterprise’s counselor-at-law, should be undertaken by State Assets Committee .For adapting the new position of the organization reform of the State Council .On Nov 17, 2004 the committee had printed and distributed “ the notice of relevant problems on going on putting on records of Enterprise's Counselor- at-law Operation Qualification Certificate ”(the regulation No.[2004]44 of State Assets Committee ,thereafter the document No.44 for short) And from 2003 on, the former National Economic and Commercial Committee in the stamp of issuing license official of Enterprise's Counselor-at-law Operation Qualification Certificate is changed into State Assets Committee. For keeping continuity and making convenience for the enterprise's counselor-at-law, the notice of problem about the certificate before 2002 is formulated as follows:

Article 1 

By agreement of Ministry of Personnel, the Enterprise’s Counselor-at-law Qualification Certificate issued by Ministry of Personnel, the former National Economic and Commercial Commission and the Department of Judiciary before 2002 are still available. When applying to register, the holder should put the stamper in the register situation of qualification certificate, and print the seal of National Enterprise's Counselor-at-law Operation, and then can take it.

Article 2

After the column was full-filled in the“register situation ”of Certification, the holder should apply and change the

 new card from the former issuing license office in three months before expiration of the next registration.

Article 3

According to the principle of No.44 document, each Local State Assets Commission, Economic and Commercial Commission strengthen to manage the counselor-at-law’s certified public certificate of corporations. If there is any problem during the work, please contact Ministry of Personnel and other interrelated organizations of State Asset Committee.
