1、 On February 15th,2005,Canada Border Service Administration
(CBSA)has released an announcement at its official website, in which declared
that it will conduct
administrative reexamine to the anti-dumping case of hot rolled steel plate,
the investigation have started from Jana ray 1st to December 31st
of 2004. Related enterprise should submit the investigation questionnaire
before March 23rd 2005 according to CBSA’s request.
This case, which related
a sum of USD 30 million, has been registered and conducted anti-dumping
investigation on January 19th 2001. The first trial has got a finial
judge on June 1st 2001, and the anti-dumping tax rate is 40 percent.
2、 On February 17th
2005, International Trade Administrative committee of South Africa has released
an announcement. It declared to levy temporarily anti-dumping tax upon glass
fibre silk felt and roving, with specific of 31.81 percent to Zhejing Jushi
Group and 59.34 percent to other enterprises.

in China, including investigation companies,
consultation companies, information companies, broker companies, hunter companies,
