| Program is performing On some day of March,2004,we received a telephone call from the principal of an American Insurance Company to appreciate that our investigators had done a good job on a deceiving case.It signs that the Chinese investigators had trended to be more professional and maturity toward the world. It had to date back to the beginning of March of this year,we carried a case from an American Insurance Company for a suspicious claim case involving a large aum of money.But after a particular dicussion,we judged that the cases had many suspicious spots,and it was likely to a deceiving cation.However,it was not a work rule that everything depending on experience,the best way to prove was to get evidences,which was really any a investigator’s specific work. WangGang,an American,origining nationality was Jiangshu province,his mother Amay had been to American to live with him since 1990,and passed away on 3rd,March 2004.During that period,WangGang had insured for his mother.When finished his mother’s funeral,he then claimed to the Insurance Company. After analyzing the document of Amay,the invetsigators set goals ,Jing’an cemetery headoffice where WangGang bought 2 golgothas for his mother, and Jing’an cemetery Fuxiang District where his mother was buried,Shanyu village Lee cun clinic,and the clerk of Lee cun.So the investigative work was developed.0n 10th ,March,we contacted with the director Lee,who is charge for the adminstion office of Jing’an cemetery district,telling us the churchyards were very big and sepecial ,locted in N02 and 3,row8,only rich man can afford that.As for WangGang has authority ,so many people attendded his mother’s ceremonious funeral. On 11th,March,we contacted with the selling girl of the cemetery,Miss Chen,we knew that the cemeteries were sold on17th,November 2004 and was unable to know on which day Amay was buried. Director Lee knew,but he was not available that day. Later,we contacted with Mr Yang of Jing’an cetemery headoffice,he confirmed that the location of 2 golgothas that Wang Gang bought for his mother ,in fact was one cemetery,covering 16 square meters,spending more 100,000 yuan.When referring to Wang during the investigation,,almost no one has not heard of him,but instead ,his wife was none meationed. by people.So the investigators talked with the people who attended the funeral,and found that his wife had died at the end of 2003.It’s a big discover.Then investigators pondered the relation between the death of Wang’s wife and his mother’s death. The investigators did not report to the Insurance Company after tieing up document and cleaning the brain,we confirmed the doubtful points were two:one is that what WangGang was try to prove on his mother’s funeral,and the other is that the time between the death of his wife and his mother was only several month,then what caused their death?And whether his wife was insuranced?So after the final discussing,we set emphasis on the cause of his mother’s death. The director of Wang’s mother previously lived was one of our investigating targets. The director told us that Amay was deid at home before the Spring Festival,buried in Jing’an cemetery.According to the local custom,Amay was at her seventies,usually was not taken to hospital to cure.Before her death,she had lost her balance and fallen on ground.During her illness,Wang’s cousin looked after her ,for he had no sister or brother ,and Wang lived in other place for doing business,so he came back to the village bu chance..Then we realized that the report Wang gave to the Insurance Company noting that his mother died of heart illness,and when insured for his mother ,he bought the type of heart illness and nephropathy.So whether Amay was died of illness or lost her blance to death,it was a key. So we decided to find a clue from the doctor of one small clinic ,who can verify Amay’s death.It was operate by one couple,and they were village doctors.Once somebody died in the village,people would go to that clinic to get a receipt of death.The doctor Lu said that Amay had been fallen on ground ,which caused the the bone of upper limbs broken ,and cured in the hpspital for some time,then came back home .However,she was’t recovery as well as before,yet stayed on bed for more than one month. After getting this information,we were puzzled by it.If Amay really died of heart illness,why there was nothing mentioned on the receipt of her death.So we at last contacted with that doctor’s wife sliently,according to her words,we knew that Amay was a Chinese but owned Ameican nationality,and she died of uncontrolled illness after several month since she fallen on ground..She also said that that as to the details ,it’s berrer to ask her husband,for it was him to open death receipt.So far ,we finally found out the really cause of Amay’s death. Shortly,we contact doctor Lu again.He said that when he opened the death receipt for Amay ,writhing on that was died of heart illness and kedney illness.But when we asked him to send a fax of death receipt,he said we had to get Wang’s admission,because he was afraid that if there is any difference between the fax of death receipt and the report to American Insurance Company,both he and Wang were troublesome.That is to say doctor Lu had opened 2 receipt for Wang,one is really the cause of his mother’s death,the other is a counterfeit verification to claim from Insurance Company. As to result ,there was no need for me to clear up,only actuality thing can be a good while.Regarding to fake thing,even though you tried your best to renovate,and it would’t be through and through.So only who stand on justice,he would be successful. |
