| Actions speak louder than words I don’t know whether it is the native essentiality or accustom by peolple,when he was poor ,he always wanted to tell all people that he was poor,but suddenly if he really got his fortune in some day,then he would be more cautious to his property to cover up his wealth. Although there is nobody knew his exact fortune,but proceeding from a action of psychology,he was suspicious of that other people were interested in his wealth from day to night. In the same way,if a people ,a company or enterprise ,whose assets is growing in a short term,as a instinct,he still perfers to keep his secret,but not in a sheer of his assets, complicated and confusing. We have received an entrustment from a foreign company to investigate a Subjec’s asset in Taiwan.It’s said that the investigated enterprise suddenly gone to bankrupt in a short time since the bank had loaned a large money to the enterprise’s account,facing this bad situation,the State bank have no choice but to guard for it’s lawful right,and submited a assignment to Beijing Orient Business Investigation Company to investigate the Subject.So we analysed the information on hand and knew that the Subject in Taiwai had his own asset.It was seemed to be easy to open out the investigation ,if his asset in a sheer,then there was no problem to face.But the mission is arduous for we had to use our professinal experience to distinguish all information on the investigated subject in name. First,we had to investigate on the spot.Our investigators contacted many people on related,and knew that the investigated subject had two fixed assets:one was owned by his wife,one is shared by the couple,in addition,he still had a company in Taiwan. Aiming at the investigated Subject’s two fixed assets,we got the Subject’s all asset records,and knew that they had bought 11 house properties in the name of the Subject’s wife.After verificating by us,we confirmed the twe fixed assets indeed owned by the couple,which favoring us more hope to investigate future. When we gained the value information,we found out the Subject’s assets developed by which real estate companies,and visited them to verify all information were true. During this process,we had investigate theSubject’s assets into future investigatio,and found that he had a car and other fixed asset,even though we then got certification in writing and document,and handed them to the entruster together. The Subject had to admit the facts at last,and the entruster was very pleased with our work and report.Under our efforts,the entruster auction the Subject’s all assets to retrieve large of money for the State. However,the work of investigation has been finished.But we deeply tasted that as a leader of one enterprise,his asset and status always are mysterious,and we can’t abserve them by eyes.Maybe as a sence of instinct,they do not want to others know much about them,either to be mysterious,or thinking of safety,so they bought many house properties for themselves,so as to no one can find them in a specific house.But even if they own as many house properties as they can,as long as them indeed exist,we also can find out and investigate completely. |
